Yeah. Same here. I've only recently started to think about the story. Haven't really gotten to adding it in my own paintings cause I'm still struggling so much just to do a full figure with clothes and shit. But I'm really glad that I'm starting to see story in other peoples art which makes me appreciate the art works even more. For this I have to thank the Awesome Horses. Learned a lot from their streams.
Yeah, I owe a lot to Bradley and awesome horses too. About the problem of storytelling: I think it is rather goody to focus on the tech side primarily before diving into stories. Though you can probably tackle em both simultaneously, but I personally have problems focusing in those two aspects at the same time. Can't wait to achieve the stage where I can just paint without too much thinking. Illustrating the images straight from the mind. But I agree with you, seeing the stories really makes you appreciate 'em more.
